You are pregnant, and perhaps you feel the need to breathe more freely, release tension, calm your mind, or simply take some real time for yourself. Prenatal singing offers simple exercises: grounding your breath, letting your voice resonate, and feeling the effects within your body.
These practices help you relax, connect with yourself, your baby (and your partner), and find inner resources to better navigate the sensations of childbirth — and even beyond.
During pregnancy, the body transforms, emotions fluctuate, and this intense period may awaken a desire to RECENTRE YOURSELF, RELAX, AND CREATE A DEEP CONNECTION WITH YOUR BABY. Prenatal singing responds to these needs by offering A SPACE FOR PRESENCE, GENTLENESS, AND SELF-AWARENESS.
Despite what its name might suggest, IT'S NOT ABOUT LEARNING TO SING, but rather about EXPLORING YOUR VOICE AS A TOOL FOR WELL-BEING. Through SOULDS, VIBRATIONS, BREATHING EXERCISES, AND GENTLE MOVEMENT, prenatal singing supports expectant mothers through every stage of their journey.
This practice is based on:
• BREATHING, to release tension, ground yourself in your body, and rediscover a deep, calming breath,
• VIBRATED SOUNDS, resonating in the pelvis and belly, which your baby can perceive in the womb,
• MOVEMENT AND POSTURE, to enhance energy flow and body awareness,
• VOICE VIBRATIONS, which act as an internal massage and encourage a subtle form of communication with your baby.
Practiced regularly, prenatal singing invites you to INHABIT YOUR BREATH, EXPLORE THE SENSATIONS IN YOUR BODY, AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH HELPFUL RESOURCES FOR BIRTH DAY: relaxation, grounding, and trust.
These tools are ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE. They support you DURING PREGNANCY, THROUGHOUT CHILDBIRTH, AND BEYOND, nurturing a KIND AND ATTENTIVE CONNECTION TO YOUR SENSATIONS and an INTIMATE BOND WITH YOUR BABY.
More than just an activity, prenatal singing is an invitation to experience pregnancy differently, with more presence, confidence, and connection.
BREATHE DIFFERENTLY
Pregnancy often disrupts your breathing. By exploring the breath connected to your voice, you rediscover space within yourself and learn to BREATHE MORE DEEPLY, MORE MINDFULLY. This can help soothe tensions and better cope with the physical or emotional discomforts of daily life.
RECONNECT WITH YOUR BODY
Singing involves the whole body. Through vibration and breath, you FEEL YOUR PELVIS, YOUR CORE, YOUR SUPPORTS MORE. Singing invites you to INHABIT YOUR BODY FROM WITHIN, to listen to it better, and to feel present and confident in it.
CREATE A CONNECTION WITH YOUR BABY
Your baby perceives sounds, vibrations, and rhythms. Singing during pregnancy is a gentle and sensitive way to SPEAK TO THEM DIFFERENTLY, to reassure and envelop them from the inside. It is a unique moment of connection beyond words.
FIND A SPACE FOR YOURSELF
Singing also means ALLOWING YOURSELF TIME JUST FOR YOU, to settle down, release tension, and take a pause from the hustle of everyday life. Whether in individual sessions or group workshops, this space is designed so you can FEEL WELCOMED, FREE, AND HEARD.
SHARE, DON’T BE ALONE
Group workshops offer the opportunity to MEET OTHER PREGNANT WOMEN, build connections, and feel surrounded. The voice then becomes a common language, AN INVISIBLE AND POWERFUL SUPPORT CIRCLE.
GIVE A PLACE TO YOUR PARTNER
If you come as a couple, prenatal singing can also be a meaningful moment to experience together. Your partner finds A SPACE FOR PRESENCE, LISTENING, AND CONNECTION WITH YOUR BABY, but also with you. Sharing the voice becomes a simple yet powerful way to LIVE THIS ADVENTURE TOGETHER.
During pregnancy, your body changes, your breath shifts, and your emotions can sometimes feel more intense. You may feel the need to SLOW DOWN, to RECENTER YOURSELF, to RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF during this time of transformation.
Prenatal singing can meet several of your needs, at your own pace, wherever you are in your journey.
Through the workshops, you can:
If you come AS A DUO (with your co-parent, your mother, a friend...), prenatal singing offers your partner the opportunity to be fully present for you and to engage in the pregnancy experience in a sensitive and concrete way. Together, you develop shared reference points: a breath, a posture, a sound... These are shared anchors that can strengthen complicity, communication, and mutual support during the important moments to come.
Prenatal singing is not just a moment of immediate well-being. It is a simple and accessible practice that, OVER THE COURSE OF SESSIONS, can have deep and lasting effects on the physical, emotional, and relational levels.
Here is what you might gain from it, quite concretely:
PRENATAL SINGING IS A VALUABLE RESOURCE, ACCESSIBLE TO ALL, regardless of your background or physical condition.
What you explore during the workshops can support you during pregnancy, at the time of childbirth... and even long after.

Prenatal singing can be experienced in individual or group workshops. Each format has its own specific qualities and benefits — the key is to choose the one that best meets your current needs.
Individual support offers you an INTIMATE AND FULLY PERSONALIZED SPACE. Each session is tailored to your needs as well as to what you feel, both physically and emotionally.
This support is especially suited if you need:
- a confidential setting to let go
- to target specific difficulties or areas of tension (breathing, posture, emotions, fatigue...)
- to give yourself a moment just for you
- or if you want to experience this journey only accompanied by your partner, as a duo
These workshops take place at your home, so you don’t have to travel.
You remain free to share your specific needs: I am here to offer you explorations, but also to adapt the session to what you are experiencing in the moment.
In a group workshop, you can:
- meet other pregnant women who may be experiencing things similar to yours
- feel less alone with your emotions, questions, and upheavals, and benefit from the shared experiences and feelings in the circle
- create connections without having to speak, simply through the resonance of voices, shared breath, and exchanged glances
- feel welcomed as you are, without expectations or performance pressure, in a supportive and non-medicalized circle where everyone has a place
- let yourself be carried by the energy of the group, which can support your own practice. Singing together amplifies vibrations and creates a sense of unity and collective strength
It is also a more financially accessible format.
Even though the support is less individualized, you are always welcomed in your uniqueness, with whatever you come to live, feel, and express.
Both workshops are complementary: you can choose one or the other, or even alternate depending on the stages of your pregnancy. The most important thing is that you find a space that supports you, nourishes you, and makes you feel good.
If you don't know what to choose, I’m here to talk with you and help you discover what would suit you best.

I’ve had several lives before becoming a doula. Motherhood helped me refocus on what truly matters.
I felt called to embrace more humanity, to pursue a meaningful profession, and to put my sensitivity and empathy at the service of expectant and new moms.
